David is the Managing Director for Scotland, leading the Herald & Times Group, s1 and Â鶹ӰԺ’s Scottish & Northern Ireland regional news brands and specialist titles.

Julia is a Regional Managing Director.

Julia’s regional press career started in 1993, progressing throughout the commercial department within various sales and management roles across the Midlands.

Appointed as Publisher for Gloucestershire in 2012, Julia took up her first Managing Directorship in 2015 for Wales & Gloucestershire and is currently Managing Director for Â鶹ӰԺ across Worcestershire, West Midlands, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Wales and London.

Julia sits on the Â鶹ӰԺ Pension Board as a Member Nominated Trustee, a position held since 2012 and is a former board member of the News Media Association, on the local commercial board. 

Working amidst various group projects in the business, Julia thrives being at the thrust of change, diversity and evolution within the industry and Â鶹ӰԺ.

Nick leads Â鶹ӰԺ’s Digital Marketing Services business, LOCALiQ. LOCALiQ is one of the UK’s fastest growing Digital Marketing agencies, focusing on delivering online presence, lead management and technology solutions for businesses of all sizes across the UK.

Henry has been the CEO of Â鶹ӰԺ since 2014. Henry joined Â鶹ӰԺ in 2014 from Johnston Press plc, where he was their Digital Director. Prior to this, he was General Manager of The Scotsman Publications. Henry began his career in marketing services. Henry has received an MBE for services to regional publishing and charity. He is a graduate of Durham University and has an MBA from INSEAD.

Paul has been Â鶹ӰԺ’s Chief Financial Officer since 2001. Prior to Â鶹ӰԺ, Paul worked for Deloitte in corporate finance.  

He is a former Treasurer of the News Media Association and a director of Asbof, the funding body for the ASA.

Vincent is Regional Managing Director, Â鶹ӰԺ Hampshire, Dorset, IoW, Salisbury and the South West, regions covering the south coast from Hampshire, Dorset, Salisbury, running from the Isle of Wight down to Cornwall. 

He is also Chairman of the trustee board of directors of the Â鶹ӰԺ Pension Fund and Chairman of the Â鶹ӰԺ Stakeholder Pension Scheme. In December 2016 he took up Presidency of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

A graduate in business studies, he has worked within the regional press since leaving university and held numerous executive management positions including Brand Manager for Northcliffe Newspapers Group.

Lee is responsible for Â鶹ӰԺ/LOCALiQ centres across the North West, North Wales and Cumbria. Prior to his current role, he served as Commercial Director for the North West, leading the regional commercial operations. He has also held leadership positions including Sales Director and Commercial Manager, successfully managing multiple markets across the North of England. During his career with Â鶹ӰԺ, Lee has successfully supported the integration of acquisition businesses into the Â鶹ӰԺ portfolio. Since beginning his publishing career in 2004, he has built a strong track record in driving revenue diversification, particularly within the digital advertising sector.

With over 30 years service with the company, Alison manages the central operating teams that support our editorial and commercial teams. From product creation and planning, through advert management, magazine production, feature & creative services, editorial template creation and system training & support, her dedicated and talented teams are on hand to help and advise across the Â鶹ӰԺ regions and their operational partners. She also manages all aspects of our offshore service for advert creation and digital ad campaign management.

Tracey is responsible for the smooth running of the human resources department, managing the HR team and providing high-level consultation to management. 

Tracey has over 20 years’ experience in HR working at a senior level and specialising in handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation, change management, legal matters, managing budgets and assessing staffing needs.

David is Managing Director, North East and is responsible for Â鶹ӰԺ / LOCALiQ centres in the North-East and Yorkshire, and he chairs the group’s Newspaper Sales Development Group. Prior to his current role, David was based in West Yorkshire as the Managing Director of Â鶹ӰԺ Bradford.  He started his career in the media with Westminster Press, part of Pearson PLC, in 1990 after graduating with a BA(Hons) degree in Fine Art.

Toby Granville has been the editorial development director at Â鶹ӰԺ since February 2015. 

Toby began his career in 1990 at the Sunday People. He gained his first editorship at the age of 26 at The Wharf which won Newspaper of the Year under his leadership. Since joining Â鶹ӰԺ in 2002 Toby has edited a number of its award-winning daily titles such as the Dorset Echo and Bournemouth Daily Echo and was named Editor of the Year in 2011. 

In his current role Toby is leading the editorial strategy throughout Â鶹ӰԺ’s newsrooms and is also a director and trustee on the board of the National Council for the Training of Journalists.

Dawn Sweeney is a seasoned leader with almost four decades of publishing expertise. As Business Development Director, she is the Strategic Lead for Â鶹ӰԺ's Life and Living magazine portfolio, driving the evolution of Â鶹ӰԺ’s premier lifestyle magazine brands. Dawn’s multi-faceted remit includes serving as the Managing Director of Exchange and Mart and leading the Company’s  charity partnerships

Since joining Â鶹ӰԺ in 2013, Dawn has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of Â鶹ӰԺ Sussex and Managing Director of Â鶹ӰԺ Recruitment Solutions. Her extensive career before Â鶹ӰԺ includes a series of Commercial Director and Managing Director positions within other leading UK media groups.

Tracy Hayden is the Commercial Director for the Southern Region, overseeing key markets across the South Coast including Cornwall, Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire and Sussex. With more than 30 years’ experience in the publishing industry, Tracy has built a  career leading commercial strategy, driving revenue growth from a large team of sales professionals and strengthening long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders.

Her expertise spans a number of advertising verticals, with specialisms in  Funeral Director marketing and lifestyle magazine publishing. Tracy has played a central role in shaping strategic responses to the evolving memorials and obituary landscape, guiding initiatives and solutions to protect market share and support the needs of over 1400 Funeral Directors across the UK. 

Prior to publishing, Tracy spent a brief time in the casino industry starting in Bournemouth as well as a secondment overseas setting up and working in Ukraine's first official casino in Odessa.

Simon is Product Director for Â鶹ӰԺ and leads the digital product, UX and technology teams across all news publishing and verticals (recruitment, homes, motors) managing teams in London, Glasgow, Bournemouth and the Midlands. Simon is fanatical about product-lead, Agile development. Previous to Newquest, Simon was Digital Tech Director at Haymarket Media Group, plus various  roles in other digital-first companies and agencies.
